This policy defines how the Operator processes personal data of visitors of https://iivox.ru and the security measures applied.

2–5. Terms and principles

Processing is lawful, limited to stated purposes, accurate, and not excessive. Data are stored no longer than needed for those purposes, then destroyed or de-identified unless a longer term is required by law or contract.

6. Purposes

Purpose: provide access to the website’s services, information and materials. Data: name, email, phone numbers. Legal bases: the Operator’s constitutive documents and contracts with the data subject. Actions: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, destruction, de-identification, and informational emails.

7–9. Conditions and operations

Processing is based on consent and other 152-FZ grounds (law, contract, legitimate interests, public data, statutory disclosure). Data are not transferred to third parties except as required by law or with consent to perform a civil-law contract. To update data or withdraw consent, email tech@iivox.ru with the subject “Personal data update” or “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.

10. Cross-border transfer

Before cross-border transfer the Operator notifies the authorised body and obtains the required information from foreign recipients.

11–12. Confidentiality and contact
